The Class of Easter 2015...
What a lovely start , three wonderful ladies here with lots of enthusiasm for the first class of the year.

Christine, Sheila & Ilona had never cut glass before so we did lots of practice to get them confident … then we talked about the sort of project they wanted to try and the colours they wanted to do them in.
Ilona had an abstract in mind which she designed herself, Christina loved the stars, and Sheila threw herself in the deep end and successfully cut out the many pieces of the butterfly .
We were using copper foiling as our method, as this is a very nice start for someone who hasn’t done this before and also it can be something anyone can do at home if you have limited space, as the set up does not require the more mucky process of leadwork.
If you book a weekend course you will have the opportunity to do both should you desire but that’s purely up to you… and of course if you’d like to start off doing leadwork that’s fine too..
What a lovely Spring start!.. And meeting these three lovely ladies was fantastic.
