Lovely Helen

This fabulous lady who is 92 came to my class today and was utterly remarkable,

It was an absolute pleasure having her here and she really enjoyed herself .

It just shows how important it is to keep your mind busy and always be up for trying new things .

Helen told me that she likes to have a try at doing various crafts and enjoys pilates and loves chocolate.

She said she wanted to come back in the new year and make some other things as she had a nice time.
